This is a solid wood table. Made with locking dowels punctuating the expanse, which calls attention to where planks meet end-to-end, joined with hidden mortises and through-tenons.
The entire table is treated with a Swedish made (produced in falun) Hard wax oil, with a very high resistance to spills and staining against, for example, red wine.
